Lemony Veal Cutlets
serves 4
Ingredients
4 ea veal cutlets
1/2 C flour
breadcrumbs
2 T parsley, chopped
2 ea eggs, beaten
4 T butter
3 T oil
lemon juice
Instructions
Combine the breadcrumbs and parsley.
Season the cutlets, then dredge in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
Fry the cutlets in the butter and oil until golden brown.
Plate, dress with the lemon juice, and serve.
